Celebrating
England
and being English

This
site will grow gradually. it will be a look at everything English, from football
to marbles to income tax. At times it will be negative, and sometimes downright
nasty. But those of us who care about England are facing an uphill battle to move
forward, and to defend our traditions and history. We can't afford to be nice
about it. See if you agree with my views on English
football, which I think are little more thn common sense - but then, I would,
wouldn't I? Did you know that England is one of the most corrupt countries
in Europe? No? Me neither. But it is. It's becoming one great trough and it's
getting harder to count the snouts in there. One of the reasons for this 'Licence
to Fiddle' is the English system of 'self regulation. or, to you and me, Toothless
Watchdogs. But also take a stroll past Peter Cook
and Tommy Cooper; two great English folk, soon to be joined
by more. And when you've done reading, have a beer!
